DOWNSTAIRS
The ground floor rooms include a sitting room, kitchen/diner, large conservatory with an eating area, double bedroom and a shower room. The sitting room has a multi-fuel wood burner, flat-screen TV, DVD and video player. We also have a small library of DVDs, videos, books and CDs. The kitchen has hand-made Shaker style units and is furnished with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and electric oven and hob. The double bedroom has an antique Victorian bedstead and the downstairs shower room also has a sink and toilet.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs has a double bedroom with Victorian antique bedstead and there is also 1 twin room. The bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
Seafield is very well equipped and has a highchair, travel cot, ironing facilities, stair gate (downstairs), small selection of board games and some toys suitable for a toddler. There is also a payphone, and a linen service is available at an extra cost.
The house has oil fired central heating with old "school" radiators and all oil and electricity is included in the rental price.
OUTSIDE
The front garden is enclosed and perfectly safe for pets and children and a drying area can be found at the rear. There is ample parking to the front of the house.
